The flood warning for Nipissing District remains in effect until at least Tuesday.
A number of waterways have reported some flooding and that includes the Sturgeon River.
The Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry says some road closures have also occurred and some communities are sandbagging.
The ministry says Lake Nipissing is also rising rapidly.
The ministry says in the days ahead the lake level could rise to a damage level height.
The ministry is keeping an eye on any changes.
