The North Bay Regional Health Centre has declared that they are in a high risk zone for the flu. They’re encouraging people to stay home from the hospital unless it’s a real emergency. If you do have to visit, you will have to wear a mask and sanitize your hands. The hospital expects the flu season to hit its peak in the next week or so. There’s been 47 confirmed cases of the flu in the North Bay Parry Sound District this season.
