A flood outlook has been issued by the North Bay Mattawa Conservation Authority. Cold temperatures combined with heavy winds create the ideal conditions for frazil ice on fast moving rivers. People in low lying areas are asked to keep a close eye on conditions. The Flood outlook will be updated tomorrow at noon.
