Sudbury police confirm identity of body in city’s west-end

Sudbury police have confirmed that the body discovered in the city’s west end is that of a Sudbury man missing since December 3rd.

Twenty-five-year-old Brenden Bodson-Gratton was the object of a search for a while after he was reported missing.

His body was found April 11th in an area of the city known as Junction Creek.

Family members confirmed several days ago the body belonged to Bodson-Gratton however police held off announcing his name until they had official confirmation.

That confirmation came in the form of fingerprints.

A coroner is still trying to determine the cause of death but police say foul play is not suspected.

In addition, an autopsy shows the body did not experience any trauma.
