A public works pick-up truck owned by the Municipality of West Nipissing and stolen on Sunday is back with the municipality.
West Nipissing responded to the area of King and Fourth after getting a call about the pick-up being taken.
An off-duty police officer saw the truck speeding along Front Street in Sturgeon Falls.
The driver got all the way to Warren before he was stopped and captured by OPP in that area.
The man faces several charges including theft of motor vehicle in connection with the West Nipissing theft.
