Rain, heavy at times is expected. The frozen ground has a reduced ability to absorb this rainfall.

Total rainfall amounts of 30 to 50 mm are possible by Friday morning. Periods of rain will continue Friday with an additional 20 to 30 mm of rainfall possible before tapering to scattered showers Friday night.
