A man who overdosed on opiates in West Nipissing now faces a drug charge.
The man was unconscious in the washroom of the Mr. Sub in Sturgeon Falls and West Nipissing police revived him with two doses of Naloxone.
Paramedics then got to the scene and treated the man before taking him to the hospital.
When police identified the man they learned he was under a court order involving drug possession.
The man is now charged with possession of a controlled substance and also for breaching his court conditions.
