Voting opens for worst roads in Ontario

The CAA has opened voting to its annual Worst Roads campaign.

North Bay residents who want to cast their vote for what passes for the worst road can go online at www.CAAWorstRoads.com and name which road or roads are cracked, crumbling or in a pothole state.

The CAA runs the annual survey as a means to tell municipalities where infrastructure needs to be improved.

Last month the CAA carried out a study that shows 71 percent of Ontarians surveyed were concerned about the condition of Ontario’s roads.

CAA surveyed 1,515 people.

The CAA wants residents in both urban and rural areas to vote on its site.

Voting closes April 26th.
