Road closures are a part of life in municipalities and West Nipissing police are reminding motorists this is the time of year some roads close.
Police say some roads are closed because of weight restrictions while road conditions and other factors are behind other closures.
They say whatever the reason, once a road is closed you can`t go on it otherwise you`re breaking the Highway Traffic Act.
Getting caught on a closed road could set you back $110 in penalties and three demerit points on your driver`s license.
