In just a few months another person will be inducted into the Nipissing District Human Rights Hall of Fame. Nominations will be accepted until February 27th. To be eligible a person needs to have made a difference on human rights or anti racism activities at a local, regional, national or international level. If you’re thinking about nominating someone, include as much info about the person as possible. Nominations should be sent to Don Curry at the Multicultural Centre in North Bay. This year’s recipient will be honoured on March 25th during the Evening of Applause.
