A North Bay caregiver is charged with failing to provide the necessities of life after a woman in her care died.
Charged is 34-year-old Mallorie Makara.
North Bay OPP laid the charge after being asked by the city police to help with the case.
The OPP says the victim died while being bathed last July 9th in a residential home in the city.
Makara is not being held.
She was given a Promise to Appear ticket and is in North Bay court March 5th.
