An unexpected budget item is creating a $2,200 dollar deficit for the North Bay chamber of commerce. Treasurer Charlie Elliott says the un-budgeted expense was five thousand dollars. If this hadn’t happened, Elliott says the chamber would be showing a small surplus at the end of this year.
