Tonight is West Nipissing’s first council meeting of the new term. Two new city councillors will be taking their seats, including Yvon Duhaime and Roland Larabie. They replace outgoing councillors Don Fortin and Paul Finley. The inaugural meeting begins at 6:30 tonight.
