Chamber proposes Bill of Rights on City work activity

In the near future North Bay residents and businesses will get more advance notice about potentially disruptive work by the city.  This would include things like major road and water repairs.  The idea is a chamber of commerce initiative which it calls a Bill of Rights.  But acting president Jake Lacourse says it’s too early to tell what the final concept will look like because the concept is in its early stages.  Lacourse has met with Mayor Al McDonald about the Bill of Rights and says the mayor is on board.
