A North Bay man faces several charges following a violent incident where a knife was thrown at a woman. Police say the man forced his way into the woman’s home and first threatened her with a knife. He then threw the knife at the woman but missed her hitting a pantry instead. The man took off but was apprehended quickly by local police. The 25-year-old man, who knows the woman, is charged with assault with a weapon, threatening death, forcible entry and mischief.
