Rain and warm temperatures are in the forecast, which has caused the risk of flooding. The flood watch will be updated today at noon.
Meanwhile, North Bay, Powassan, Mattawa, and West Nipissing are under a special weather statement. People are cautioned to drive carefully today with heavy fog in the forecast, and 20-to-33-millimeters of rain expected today.
