Aspin wants Highway 11 four laned to New Liskeard…

Nipissing-Timiskaming MP Jay Aspin is hoping to make Highway 11 North four-laned from North Bay to New Liskeard. He says that more vehicles are travelling between North Bay and Temiskaming Shores since the end of the Northlander passenger service, creating more accidents on the highway. He also feels that a four lane highway would create growth and business development for the region. Aspin says he will be reaching out to local stakeholders to try and create the change, and that the Temiskaming Shores and Area Chamber of Commerce will be spearheading the project.
