West Nipissing Police have charged two people after they stopped a vehicle containing a variety of weapons.
There were four people in the vehicle which was parked near a local high school and the occupants were looking for a student.
At the same time, one of the people displayed several weapons.
That triggered a call to the West Nipissing Police and acting on the complaint, police initiated a high-risk vehicle stop.

Of the four people, one man is charged with possession of weapons dangerous to the public and a young person under 18 is charged with intimidation.
The cache of weapons includes several machetes, an imitation handgun, a pellet rifle and other edged weapons.
