Labour dispute won't affect school buses this school year

There were no school buses for the Nipissing – Parry Sound region on Monday, but it was due to a snowstorm and not a labour dispute the drivers have with their employer.   The drivers will be back on the job Tuesday while their dispute goes to mediation.  The school bus operators have agreed not to walk out for the rest of this school year.  Also Student Transportation Services won’t lock out the drivers while a mediator helps both sides reach a new deal.
