Nipissing MPP Vic Fedeli thinks Toronto is getting preferential treatment after their ice storm. Last week, Premier Kathleen Wynne announced $100 gifts cards to compensate families who lost food during the power outage. Fedeli says Callander, near North Bay, suffered power outages after a massive wind storm in July and saw no support from the province.
