Different parts of Highway 17 and Highway 11 that were closed over the weekend are now open again. Various sections of Highway 11 North had to be closed because of tractor trailers in ditches and several collisions caused by the poor weather. That includes a stretch just north of Temagami after a motor vehicle collision brought down a hydro line onto the highway. And Highway 17 from Wawa to Batchewana has re-opened after severe weather hit the region on the weekend.
