A cottage owner in West Nipissing has just discovered that someone has stolen a lot of items from the camp.
The owner discovered the theft on the weekend.
The cottage is on a small island near Canoe Pass on Island WB-177.
The stolen goods include a tool box with hand tools, ropes and hoisting slings, a large swimming mat and a boat safety kit.
And in Sturgeon Falls police are investigating a break-in where someone stole a lawn mower and battery charger from a shed on Holditch.
