West Nipissing Police are thanking a vigilant neighbour who helped prevent several acts of public mischief.
The neighbour called the police, who then apprehended two young people spray painting graffiti in the Main Street area.
Officers were advised that the kids were on the roof of a local school and when they arrived on the scene, the youth were still present.
They were apprehended and delivered to their parents.
The investigation is ongoing.
