OPP have released the name of the man who died in a head on collision with a tractor trailer on Highway 11 near Temagami. Dead is Andre Noel of Valley East, near Sudbury. Noel, who was 69, died at the scene. Noel was driving his car when it crashed head on with the big truck about 6:00 a.m. Friday.
