A 32-year-old Lavigne man faces firearms related charges after getting a call about someone shooting off a firearm.
When West Nipissing Police arrived they saw a man with a firearm pacing up and down a driveway outside a home in Lavigne.
Police say he appeared out of sorts and when he got into a vehicle to drive away, they blocked his departure.
Police told him to get out of the vehicle and once he complied he was arrested.
The man is charged with careless use of a firearm and careless storage of a firearm.
