OPP have released the name of the man who died in Monday’s plane crash near Lake Talon.
Dead is 57-year-old Michael MacNeil of Ottawa, the pilot.
MacNeil’s plane hit the bush mid-morning Monday about 100 metres from the lake.
The impact resulted in a bush fire and about two dozen camp owners started a water bucket chain to put out the flames.
The Transportation Safety Board is looking into what brought the ultralight plane down.
