Verner residents should soon have a temporary place that can serve as their library.
West Nipissing Mayor Joanne Savage says efforts are now underway to coordinate a move from the Verner Municipal Building to the Knights of Columbus Hall on Highway 64.
The municipal building was forced to close in April when it was declared unsafe in April forcing all the tenants out.
Everyone but the library found new quarters while the building under goes rehabilitation.
It’s not known exactly when the library can re-open at the Knights of Columbus site.
