A taxpayer peppered North Bay council with questions last night on an operational review that was promised last October. Karen Anderson wanted to know if it was completed and why wasn’t it released. Mayor Al McDonald told Anderson that the city’s CAO gave council a series of reports like fire and fleet as opposed to one large document. Anderson said she didn’t like the piece meal approach and was expecting a bigger report that would identify issues.
