Algoma Manitoulin Kapuskasing MP Carol Hughes is continuing her fight for a national inquiry into missing and murdered Aboriginal women. And she’s dismissing the federal response that a special committee looking into this issue is appropriate action. Hughes says a special committee can’t provide the solution the families of these women want. She the Harper Tories are not in tune with the public on this issue and adds they are not standing up for a vulnerable part of society.
