Timiskaming-Cochrane residents and those across the province head to the polls today to vote for their next MPP and government.
In Timiskaming-Cochrane, six people are running for Parliament.
Polls open at 9:00am and close 12 hours later.
The riding has 50,365 eligible voters and 68 polling stations.
The number of stations is less from previous elections but only because stations were merged or consolidated.
In addition, some polls will be using tabulator counters meaning once voting ends, the polls with the counters should produce faster results.
When heading out to vote, bring the voter identification card that came in the mail a few weeks ago with you plus another piece of identification that shows who you are.
After the polls close, the Moose will provide regular updates throughout the evening plus we’ll talk to the winning candidate on air.
