Nominations are now open for West Nipissing residents thinking about taking a run at town council or a trustee seat with one of the area school boards.
West Nipissing is broken down into a ward system, however candidates can run in any ward in the municipality.
Nominations close July 27th and provincial council and school board elections are October 22nd.
The municipality has added a feature on its website that links residents to a site that ensures they are on the voter’s list.
