North Bay council will likely rubber stamp a couple of re-zoning applications next Monday. During the committee of the whole meeting Monday night, council dealt with a request to re-zone land on Mowat Crescent from tourism to residential. The land is by Lake Nipissing meaning if approved, it will be subject to development constraints once any building activity begins. And on Carmichael Drive, a section of land is being re-zoned from general industry to residential to accommodate two future lots.
