This Saturday the West Nipissing General Hospital again holds its Run 4 Health to promote healthy living.
Hospital President and CEO Cynthia Desormiers says this is the sixth year for the run and each year it grows.
Desormiers says participants can register for three types of run.
They are the hospital mile which costs $15 to register for, the 5 K run which has a $30 registration fee and then it’s $40 if you plan to run 10 kilometres.

People can begin signing in at 8:30am Saturday, that’s followed by a brief warm and then the running begins at 9:00am.
The runners registered for the 5 and 10 K runs leave first and they’re followed 10 minutes later by the hospital mile group.
The event takes place at the hospital.
