Police in West Nipissing are investigating a couple of thefts.
One of them took place in Sturgeon Falls and involves a battery to an electric scooter.
Inspector Ray St. Pierre says the owner was charging the scooter’s battery and discovered the charger had disappeared when he went back to it.
St. Pierre says police are looking into a theft of loose change from a vehicle in Verner.
That incident has prompted another suggestion from police telling people to ensure their cars and trucks are locked.
