Nipissing University a busy place this weekend

Nipissing University is holding its annual Undergraduate Research Conference this weekend.

With marijuana use becoming legal this summer, one conference discussion deals with the effects of continued exposure to cannabis.  A group of students will talk about the Holocaust after visiting Poland as part of their History program.  There’s also a discussion on  domestic terrorism in the U.S.

Author and journalist Noah Richler kicks things off Friday night talking about Canadian identity in today’s world.  Richler is the son of famous Canadian writer Mordecai Richler.
