The International Plowing Match is a major topic of discussion at this evening’s annual general meeting of the West Nipissing Chamber of Commerce. Neil Fox, who chairs the IPM organizing committee, will talk to the business audience on what the event means for West Nipissing. Verner is hosting the international event next year in September and will see tens of thousands of visitors plus numerous exhibitors. Tonight’s AGM will also see a new board of directors voted in and there’s a speech on where the chamber is headed. The AGM is this evening at Gervais Restaurant.
