Mayor Joanne Savage says that there has been some movement on the budget front. The process is nearing an end, and the mayor anticipates a resolution to go before Council in April.
A special budget meeting of Council was held March 7, with presentations pertaining to solid waste and water and wastewater received.
The only items still up for discussion are the classifications of the various ratios that apply to the budget.
Once this is complete, there will be a vote on the budget.
