The province has mandated that the city redevelop Cassellholme long term care home. They will put up around 30-million dollars to fund the upgrades, which should cost a total of 60-million. The province would like to see the home upgraded from a Grade B facility to a Grade A. This means more accessibility and better technology to ensure the best care for North Bay’s senior community.
