Installing bars has paid off for a West Nipissing business owner. West Nipissing Police say the bars prevented thieves from entering the building even though they successfully cut the alarm and pried open a window. Police are trying to find the culprits. Meanwhile police have charged a man with break and enter as well as theft after they came upon a break and enter in progress. The man ran from police, jumped on a bicycle in an effort to escape but was easily caught.
