West Nipissing Police doubled down after a recent arrest and investigation.
After being called to an area along the railway where a suspected shoplifter had fled, police located him and made the arrest. That is when good police work turned up something else. Police linked him to a theft from earlier this week of a Bluetooth speaker and charged him with offences relating to that crime.
The man also faces charges of theft under $5,000 and another breach for the theft police were called for.
