West Nipissing Police have charged a man following a break-up between a couple. Inspector Ray St. Pierre says the woman told police her ex did not take the break-up well with the man sending her repeated messages some of which St. Pierre says worried her. As a result of the investigation, a man is looking at charges of uttering threats and harassment.
