West Nipissing councillors are being asked to get last minute additions to the agenda earlier. CAO Jay Barbeau says the earlier requests are made to the agenda, the more time staff has to prepare the necessary documents for the next meeting. Staff are also being asked to have their agenda items ready for the clerk by Wednesday so that supporting documents can go out the next day.
