West Nipissing Police have several thefts on their hands. Two of the incidents took place at a hardware store in Sturgeon Falls. Inspector Ray St. Pierre says in one of the cases, the individual was a bit creative. The individual threw a shovel from the hardware store over a fence, then went around to pick it up. However this person got caught and is charged with theft under $5,000. Meanwhile police are looking for another person who loaded a shopping cart with tools and left the store without paying. When confronted by an employee, the person ran away.
