The public North-East school board has unveiled a new logo that depicts a heart and children reaching skyward. The heart shows that the students are at the heart of the board’s every decision. The upward arms have several meanings including students growing and achieving. The North-East board has also put together a new strategic plan to guide it over the next four years. The board has two schools in Sturgeon Falls; Jeunesse Active and its French language school, Northern.
