Toronto Police are now calling the death of former North Bay native Tess Richey, a homicide. Richey’s body was found last week in the Village section of Toronto. Richey’s mother, who was searching for her missing 22-year-old daughter, found the body. Police are re-interviewing witnesses and viewing footage from security cameras in the area where Richey’s body was found.
