A South River area man is identified as the victim of a single vehicle collision south of North Bay on Highway 11. Investigators say 54-year-old Glen Roberts died at the scene. Police say Roberts was southbound on the highway when he went off the road and hit a rock cut near the South River exit Friday morning.
