West Nipissing comes alive this evening in Sturgeon Falls with the Parade of Lights. And there’s more. Mayor Joanne Savage says just ahead of the parade, merchants are holding their Moonlight Madness and the mayor says this is something people don’t want to miss. Moonlight Madness begins at 5:00pm and continues after the parade. As for the parade, it leaves the West Nipissing Community and Recreation Centre at 6:30pm and makes its way downtown.
