Someone in Sturgeon Falls slipped an over-the-counter drug into a Halloween bag Tuesday night. West Nipissing Police Chief Chuck Seguin believes the person who gave a youngster the sleeping aids lives south of Front Street. The Chief is urging parents to go over what your kids brought home from their trick or treating visits. Other than the drug incident, Seguin says it was a quite Halloween in West Nipissing.
