Sudbury police have confirmed purple heroin is present in the city. Purple heroin is the name given to heroin when it’s been mixed with fentanyl powder. Police say the drug can be deadly in very small doses. Police discovered the drug during a raid this month and had it analyzed by Health Canada which confirmed the double drug combination.
