Authorities have seized four firearms north of Capreol during a hunting inspection blitz of off-road vehicles to ensure hunters are obeying the rules. Sudbury police and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry checked 89 firearms in all. They also stopped 117 vehicles over the two days and laid six offenses including not having a proper helmet and having open liquor.
